What about Payment?
Q:What are the method of payment?
A:

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and all major credit cards (AMEX, MasterCard, Maestro, MasterCard Electronic, Diners Cub, Visa and Visa Electron). If you wish to pay by Credit Card, please advice your costumer service representative while placing the order. That way, we can appoint a driver that carries a POS machine avoiding any potential delays.

Q:When I place my order the teleoperator takes my credit card details and when I receive my food, the delivery man swipes my credit card. Does this mean that RSD is charging me twice?
A:Not at all! You will only be charged one time.
Q:Do you accept cheques?
A:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheques.

Q:How can I open a Corporate Account with RSD?
A:

Simply call us on + 971 4 345 5444 and a costumer service representative will guide you through the procedure. Alternatively you can email us at support@roomservice-uae.com

Q:What about Discount Cards?
A:

Only Discount Cards issued by RSD would be honoured.
