Comment : Dear RoomService management and staff, I was fortunate enough to finally use your service last night for the first time. I must admit that I was a bit hesitant. However I would like to inform you that I was truly surprised and impressed by the extremely professional service and quality of customer interaction that I received from the staff. The attendant on the phone was articulate and polite (very rare to find these days in Dubai); the driver actually found the house on the first go and got to my house before expected (usually I stay on the phone for at least 30 minutes explaining how to get to my house with other companies). All in all, I wish you all the best and congratulate you all on the amazing service you provide. Thanks for the dinner. I would appreciate if this letter could reach the management team.
